ISQua Membership FAQs

I'm an existing Member, but I can't log in.

The most common reason for an existing ISQua Member having trouble logging in is that the password is incorrect. On the “login Now” page, you will see the 'Forgot Your Password' option to reset your password.

It is also possible that you have a duplicate profile on our system. As your email is one of the unique identifiers used for login purposes, another profile using the same email address will cause login difficulties.

If your organisation has Institutional Membership, then this may be the problem. You can find a list of our Institutional Members here  or contact us directly at membership@isqua.org

As an Institutional Member, how do I view and manage my Members?

One representative in each institution has access to add six Member profiles in their organisation. The sub-members are set up, by you, through the Dashboard. All that is required is a valid email address, first and last name, and a password (the username can be the same as the email address). You can set the sub-members to generic accounts or individuals.

When that representative logs into their profile (with their email address and password in the login section), they can add, remove, or edit their Members details by clicking on the “Dashboard” drop down menu to change from “Personal” to your organisations “Inst. Members Dashboard” to add the contacts as sub-members.  “Please ensure you have ticked the box next to “Sub-Members” to allocate the contact to the database”.

My personal information/contact details are incorrect in my profile.

You can edit all your personal information by logging into your profile, to make the necessary changes. Click on the 'My Account' option on the top right-hand corner, click on “Edit Profile” to change the details after you have logged into your account.

To change your email address, click on the “Account” tab and you will see your current email address, just input the name address before pressing “Save” and this will update your online profile.

My password doesn't work/I forgot my password/I don't have a password.

In the login section, there is an option to click on the 'Forgot Password'. You will need to enter the email address for your account and press “submit”. A verification code will then be sent to this address. Once you have received the code, input the number and you will then be asked to create the new password for your account.

Press “Submit”, and you will then be brought back to the login page and you can input your username and the new password. Please ensure that you use the email address with which you originally registered. The email address can only be changed once you are logged in.

How can I pay for Membership?

You can make payment securely online via credit card transaction (Visa or Mastercard only) or via SEPA transfer. An automated email will be sent to you with your Invoice and a link to process payment via SEPA transfer.

If paying by bank transfer, please notify ISQua (accounts@isqua.org) with the reference number and date of transfer. ISQua is not responsible for any transfer fees or currency exchange fees.

Update your credit card number?

Within the Edit Profile section, you will see “Billing Manager” from the drop-down menu. Select to open to the payment settings. You can delete your existing number from the background and add a new credit card number to your profile. If you need to remove the credit card details, just press the “Delete Card” and the number will be removed.

Do you store my credit card details?

No, credit card information is never stored on our servers. The card details you enter while signing up for ISQua Membership are entered on a payment page redirected to Stripe Payments' secure server. You can find out more information about Stripe here https://stripe.com/en-ie/about

I have more questions, who should I contact?

You can contact ISQua directly by emailing  membership@isqua.org  with any questions around your membership.
